2、 Provide on-site exclusive personal guidance services, accompany and assist in completing entry, venue access and other operations throughout the process, eliminate cumbersome procedures, and realize convenient and efficient exhibition viewing;
3、Assist in handling the official exclusive invitation letter of the exhibition to help overseas visitors successfully complete visa applications and remove obstacles to cross-border exhibition viewing;
4、Open a VIP exclusive registration counter, where special personnel will assist in completing exhibition viewing information registration and quickly handle customized exclusive entry documents, saving the conventional queuing time;

III. Notes for Overseas Visitor Registration
1、After contacting the International Visitor Service Team, please take the initiative to provide your personal business card or valid identity information to facilitate the staff to quickly verify the information and complete the exhibition viewing registration and filing;
2、 If you have clear needs for docking with participating enterprises or negotiating procurement business opportunities, please inform the service team specialist in advance so that the organizing committee can make preparations for precise docking in advance and fully ensure the negotiation efficiency and cooperation achievement.
